But as someone with a medium-warm undertone, I skipped that one and went straight for Coral Sunset, hoping for a shade that would truly complement my warmth.
And it did not disappoint. On my skin tone, Coral Sunset translates into a stunning, bright pop of coral-pink. It is noticeably brighter and punchier than the typical rose shades in this line. With just one single swipe, the water-light liquid delivers an incredibly intense, opaque payoff that instantly wakes up my entire face, giving me that effortless, fresh summer glow.
The Performance: 6-Hour Longevity vs. The Bitter Reality
Let’s talk about how it actually behaves throughout a busy day. Texture-wise, it is a true liquid water tint that dries down quickly.
The staying power is what really surprised me for a five-dollar product. I wore it while eating and drinking, and the color easily lasted for up to six hours on my lips. It works even better as a liquid blush! The staying power is way longer on the cheeks, and since you’re applying it over skincare, you won’t feel any tightness at all.
