Since I was little, I’ve loved experimenting with makeup. I remember watching my mother apply her makeup so effortlessly, and it made me want to explore my own features as well.
I’ve always admired women who embraced their beauty by caring for their skin and enhancing their features with makeup as a form of self-respect.
As I grew older, I came to understand my own skin better. With a medium warm-to-neutral olive undertone and a tendency toward dryness and sensitivity, I realized that not every product works the same way for me. Instead of stepping away from makeup, this made me more intentional in choosing what I use.
I’m drawn to minimal, thoughtful formulas, especially multiuse products that feel light and practical, along with skincare that supports my skin rather than overwhelms it.
This is how my writing began.
